The defective panels can be identified according to the coordinates information given by other equipment.
It can also be identified according to the markX by personnel (manual marking with X should be standardized).
After the equipment marks the defective panels, the MARK points on them can be removed (or blackened) automatically.
During the blackening process, if two sides of the product need to be marked, the equipment will automatically remove (or blacken) the MARK point of the defective product on the other side in the next process, so as to ensure that the defective product will not be recognized by other equipment in the next production process and will be pasted.
In the process of defective panels recognition, the corresponding text of the product can also be removed by laser.
After marking the whole product, it will automatically count all the defectives, automatically generating a QR code and mark at the edge of the board. Convenient for customers to check and produce (QR code content: defective products quantity statistics).Company Profile
